Warehousing Services
The GEO warehouse facility service range has been developed
to integrate with our logistics and our onsite services
at venues. GEO holds both general and ‘call off’
inventory for shipping throughout the EMEA region and
we have the ability to offer a range of shipping options
based upon requested delivery criteria.
Fulfillment for Shipping
to Events and Road Shows
GEO provides fulfilment for many types of events whether
single and static or conversely multiple and moving as
in road shows. In both cases GEO provides for delivery
within pre agreed deadlines. For our part the key to successful
events is the groundwork of working closely with clients
in order to establish exactly what is required where and
when it is required to arrive. Client communication is
the key to our ability to function.

For multiple road show
events our major criteria is to employ our expertise
and professionalism to consistently meet tight deadlines
in order to achieve the integration of deliveries
and the resupply of collateral, brochures etc. -
this defines true logistics in action. |
Inventry Control
There is a wide cross section of inventory housed at the
facility. It is fully insured and is controlled by means
of web based inventory management tools or by simpler
spreadsheet control. As part of our contract to all of
our warehousing clients GEO offers quarterly inventory
checks as standard. On agreement GEO will update spreadsheets
and web based tools after movement from the facility.
Warehousing and the Stand
Sanctuary
Clients who are signed up to a STAND
SANCTUARY contract will have their
stands, graphics and cases fully checked prior to leaving
the warehouse facility as per their contract. The stands
will be consolidated with all other component parts of
their shipment.
Post event - after the return of the shipment the stand(s)are
checked on arrival at the facility and a damage report
sent to clients from GEO based upon the return condition.
